Start saying no to the things that takes more of your life. 2) Don't worry too much Worrying can be sometimes useful, as it makes you move and do stuff, but worrying all the time will make you feel exhausted and could give you heart problems. Follow Bob Marley's words and "don't worry, be happy". 3) Don't be judgemental People differ in a lot of ways, so be open to new things as the world is always progressing, try to delay your first impressions as much as possible. 4) Follow your passion We all have a passion towards a certain thing, that passion is what makes us function in life. Following your passion is a must if you're willing to have a happy life. No matter how weird your passion might be, don't worry and just do what you want to do.
